St Clair was established when long-time colleagues and successful real estate executives, W. Colin Cavill and David Lang, merged to create a dynamic partnership. Together, they focus on the firm’s strategic investment areas: residential development, apartments, student housing, and 55 and better communities.

Patrick Clark, President – St. Clair Development for the Avid Collection
With over 30 years of residential real estate experience throughout the Southeast, Patrick provides overall business leadership for all of St Clair acquisitions, development, construction, and sales. Leveraging a highly diverse residential background, Patrick specializes in true community development with a focus on creating incredible places for people to live, work, and play. Over the course of his career Patrick’s leadership has resulted in numerous Land Development and Home Building awards including the Atlanta Homebuilder Associations 2012 Master Planned Community of the year.
Prior to joining St Clair Holdings, Patrick managed the successful re-development of Tennessee National, a 2,000 home Golf and Waterfront community as its Executive Vice President.
From 2004-2012 Patrick served as the Vice President Eastern Region-Atlanta, for Newland Communities, the largest Master Planned Community in the United States. As the Atlanta market lead, Patrick provided leadership over all levels of business operations for Newland’s planned communities in Georgia.
